Terms & Conditions

  • Any cancellations to sessions must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment or you will still be charged for the session.
  • When cancelling a session receipt of your cancellation must be confirmed by your trainer or you will still be charged.
  • When paying for 5 sessions there are strictly no refunds.
  • Bulk sessions must be completed within 12 weeks of first appointment or you run the risk of losing your sessions.
  • Sessions are non-transferable.
  • If you cancel more than 3 sessions in a row with your trainer an upfront payment of 10 sessions must be made to show your commitment to training.

The Clients Obligations

  • You agree to disclose your trainer with any medical conditions , health concerns and or previous injuries that may effect your training.
  • You agree to inform your trainer of any changes in your medical conditions.
  • Your trainer may have to contact your GP depending on the results of your health screen.
  • You must be committed 100% to your nutrition and training for your results to be achieved.
  • Please arrive on time and ready to train, sessions will not role over from the time you arrive.
  • You understand that there are inherent risks from participating in strenuous exercise.  If you sustain or claim to sustain any injury from participating in training you acknowledge that the trainer is not responsible except where the injury was caused from his.her gross negligence or intentional act.

Payment

  • We accept CASH or Cheque on first appointment but if you wish to set up a payment to your trainer this can be arranged.
  • You must pay for sessions on arrival.
