Training with Jason was the breath of fresh air I needed to re-motivate myself. He keeps my weekly sessions interesting and fresh, with new and fun techniques and his humour and personal approach has made something I used to put off, now something that I look forward to. I have recently stepped up my schedule to twice a week, as I can see the amazing effects that training in this way is having.
